BUSINESS HELD VACCINATION CLINICS:

Immunovax, LLC visits businesses for three primary reasons. First, influenza immunizations are given to employees during the Fall of each year. There is a huge demand for this vaccination, in a relatively short period of time. Please try to reserve a day and time for your company to hold a flu vaccination clinic as early as possible. These dates fill up rapidly. Secondly, we hold clinics for employees who travel. Because we provide such a wide variety of immunizations, both leisure and business travelers can usually get all of their vaccination needs met by us. Our low prices and lack of additional doctor's fees make us an economical choice for companies. Especially in the current, unstable economy. Third, we visit businesses to provide protection from work related risks of infection. For example, plumbers, police officers, and sanitary workers need to be vaccinated against diseases such as hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and tetanus. These are the primary types of vaccination clinics that we hold at businesses, but we often get invited to company functions such as health fairs, as well.

We ask for a small amount of space, such as an office or break room to conduct the clinic in. In addition, a few chairs and a table or desk would be helpful. All paperwork, screening, and other odds and ends are taken care of by our staff. Please note that all payments are due upon services rendered. If your company is paying for all or part of each vaccination, please work out all billing issues before the clinic is held. We accept cash or checks only. We do not bill insurance companies, but patients may be able to submit their claim for reimbursement on an individual basis.
